Create a curve type dropdown UI config for selecting between curve types.
Parameters
- curve: Curve<Vector3 | Vector2>
  Current curve instance
- onTypeChange: (newCurve: Curve<any>) => void
  Callback when curve type is changed
- configs: Record<string, CurveUiEntry> = curveUiConfigs
  Curve UI config registry to use (defaults to full registry)
Returns UiObjectConfig
